At Beechmont Tees & Graphics, every order is made with care. We want you to love your gear — but because many of our items are custom-made or printed to order, please review the details below before purchasing.
Custom & Personalized Items

All custom-printed or personalized apparel (team jerseys, workwear with names/logos, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

We will gladly replace or reprint any custom item that arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged.
Standard Merchandise (Non-Custom)

Standard items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup if unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide next-step instructions.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If we made a printing or size error, we’ll remake or refund your order immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
