🧾 Refund & Exchange Policy

At Beechmont Tees & Graphics, every order is made with care. We want you to love your gear — but because many of our items are custom-made or printed to order, please review the details below before purchasing.

Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom-printed or personalized apparel (team jerseys, workwear with names/logos, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

  • We will gladly replace or reprint any custom item that arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged.

Standard Merchandise (Non-Custom)

  • Standard items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup if unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email beechmonttees@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide next-step instructions.

  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we made a printing or size error, we’ll remake or refund your order immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
